I am delighted to host a virtual group meditation practice. A daily meditation practice will give you the quiet and stillness that you need to reconnect to your authenic self beneath the limiting beliefs and emotional blocks.
Meditation is scientifically proven to create new neural pathways in the brain which leads to new ways of thinking and feeling as well as increasing your intution and connection to self. It is so important to be in tune with what is going on in your mind and your body.
We will be using the app called Zoom so that we can all videoconference during the practice. You will need to download the Zoom app to your smartphone or download the Zoom program to your computer. Click on this meeting link at the appropriate time
